The BC Lions Football Club today announced that it has signed national defensive backs Cauchy Muamba and Mike Dubuisson and re-signed national defensive lineman Edward Godin.

Muamba (5’11”, 195) will enter his ninth season in 2018 and was originally the Lions’ fifth-round selection (34th overall) in the 2010 CFL Draft. The former University of Windsor grad has seen action in 55 regular season games over four seasons tallying four defensive stops, 14 special teams tackles and an interception. He also dressed for the Eskimos in their 2015 Grey Cup win.

Godin (6’2”, 250) will compete for a spot in his second training camp after returning to Laval for his final year of eligibility in 2017. The talented defensive lineman was the Lions’ fifth-round section (42nd overall) in the 2017 CFL Draft.
