Wally returns to Empire Stadium as head coach. Yes thats right! The last significant game played at the old Empire stadium was in 1982. The Canadian Junior Final between the Renfrew Trojans and the Montreal Junior Concorde. Wally was the head coach of the Concorde. Renfrew won 46 - 0. I know as I coached with the Trojans. I still remember Wally steaming after the game to the press about how we got game film on them and they didn't on us.
Good luck Wally on your return to Empire!!!! This time I'm on you side!!!
