STAY HEALTHY
The youth years are critical years. Youth bodies and minds are growing and changing and need to be treated with the best possible care and attention. This means getting enough regular physical activity, eating the right food, and avoiding unhealthy behaviours like smoking.
Face it, you want to be - and look - healthy. And you'll definitely notice a difference in how you look and feel - even how you do in school, at work and on the field or at the gym - if you pay attention to your health.
The BC Lions would like to see you stay healthy and grow and soon you could be a Lion!
