Presented by OK Tire, Football 101 is designed specially for women who want to learn more about the great game of Canadian football. Taught by members of your very own BC Lions, you will learn the ins and outs of the game over the course of two hours in a classroom setting right in the BC Lions locker room at the BC Lions Surrey Training Facilitiy.

Your Football 101 package also consists of a BC Lions t-shirt, a ticket to a BC Lions home game, as well as a special pre-game chalk talk with former BC Lions great Jamie Taras and a chance to take in the BC Lions pre-game warm-up from the sidelines at an upcoming BC Lions home game.

In 2008, close to 150 ladies of all ages joined the BC Lions during two offerings of the Football 101 course - on July 16th and on September 25th - where they got a chance to learn about Canadian football from their very own Lions players-turned-professors Jason Clermont and Javier Glatt.
