On the day prior to each regular season and playoff game, each CFL team is required to make detailed game notes, a 46-man depth chart and 46-man alpha-numeric roster available to members of the media covering the club.

Game notes contain significant details that are relevant to each particular game, including notes about the Lions' record versus the visiting team, individual and team statistical information, historical notes and a summary of the season to date.
