While an average Sunday around the Lions’ Surrey practice facility is one of the quieter days in a typical week, the scene on Sunday, August 29th was anything but ordinary in the Leos’ den. 

Although 10:00 am on a Saturday morning qualifies as quality ‘sleep-in’ time for many people, more than 300 young Lions fans were lined up to register for the 2010 Timbits Camp by that time!

Sunny skies and balmy temperatures prevailed as the camp’s eager young participants between the ages of 6 and 12 took to the gridiron to make their way through eight stations run by their Lions heroes. 

Over the course of the three-hour camp, the littlest fans of the Black-and-Orange hit the field for drills not unlike those run at a typical Lions practice, having plenty of fun along the way!
