Training Camp

Thank you to our 2011 Training Camp partners:

BC Lions Training Camp presented by Sun Peaks Resort is slated to begin on Sunday, June 5^th in the beautiful city of Kamloops, BC. This is your one-stop location on BCLions.com for everything you’ll need to follow the team as they prepare for the 2011 season.

Practice schedules, printable depth charts, rosters and detailed practice reports will be updated daily when the team hits the field.

A tentative schedule for the first week of Lions Training Camp is listed below. The Lions will occupy the all-weather surface located at Hillside Stadium adjacent to the beautiful campus of Thompson Rivers University.

Night Practice presented by RBC Dominion Securities Criterion Capital Group: Catch the Lions in action before they depart Kamloops at this one-of-a-kind event, featuring an on-field practice session, a meet-and-greet with Lions players and coaches, and much more:

Date: Monday, June 20th
Location: Hillside Stadium
6:30 pm - Night Practice begins
6:30 pm - 7:00 pm - meet and greet
   > autographs
   > photographs
   > player interviews
7:00 pm - 8:30 pm - practice
8:30 pm - 8:45 pm - welcome & interviews on stage
8:45 pm - 9:30 pm - concert
   > player autographs
9:45 pm   Night Practice ends

Directions: From Highway 1/97 East, take exit 369 (Columbia Street). Travel north on Columbia Street to Summit Drive (turn left). Travel northwest on Summit Drive to McGill Road (turn left). Travel west on McGill Road to Hillside Drive (turn right). Travel north on Hillside Drive, stadium is on right side, parking lot is located on northwest corner of Hillside Stadium.

7:00 pm - 8:30 pm - practice
8:45 pm - 9:30 pm - concert

Tuesday, June 21^st
Practice Time: 8:20 am - 10:50 am (Hillside Stadium)
Wally Buono and Player Media Availability: on field following practice

Team departs Kamloops following lunch
