Vincent was traded to the Lions along with the rights to offensive lineman David Foucault on March 27, 2017 in exchange for Jovan Olafioye.
2015-2016: Vincent was signed by the Montreal Alouettes in 2015 during the CFL’s annual practice roster expansion period. He appeared in the final regular season game for the Als that year. In 2016, he attended training camp with Montreal and was waived just prior to the regular season.
2010-2014: Vincent began his collegiate career at the junior college level and played one season at the ASA Institute located in New York before transferring to Southern Mississippi in 2011. After two years and 20 games with the Golden Eagles including five as a starter in his junior year, Vincent suffered a season-ending injury in his first game as a senior in 2013. He transferred to Pittsburg State for the 2014 season and dressed for 12 games.
Vincent spends the off-season in his hometown of Miami, Florida where he works as a bodyguard. The Criminal Justice major only took up football at the age of 17 and says his mom is his biggest fan. He notes signing his first pro football contract as his biggest football memory to date. Vincent is a big Drake fan and lists the Wolf of Wall Street as his favourite movie. Known as Gingerbread to friends, he’s also fluent in Spanish.
