The BC Lions Football Club announced today the import defensive back Jerome Dennis has rejoined the Leos following his release from the Hamilton Tiger-Cats earlier this week.

Dennis was with the Lions from 2007 through the 2009 campaigns before being dealt to Hamilton prior to the 2010 season. The California native appeared in all 18 regular season games for the Ti-Cats last year as well as two games this season.

In total, the Utah State grad has appeared in 63 games recording 83 defensive tackles, 32 special teams stops and two interceptions.

The Lions also announced that defensive back David Hyland has been released by the club.
