Bob Marjanovich

LIONS RADIO NETWORK | PLAY-BY-PLAY

Bob “The Moj” Marjanovich enters his fourth season as the voice of the BC Lions. The New Westminster native grew up surrounded by sports. Bob played two seasons of senior lacrosse in the WLA with the Richmond Outlaws. His football career saw him play junior college in Stockton, California, Western Washington University and UBC. The Moj wound up coaching at UBC for four years in the early ‘90’s.

After his playing days were over, Bob transitioned into sports media. The Moj made his radio debut with the Sports Zone in February of 2001 on CKST 1040, which eventually became TSN 1040.

Moj played an integral role for TSN 1040 and 1410 over the years, including experience covering multiple Grey Cups and Super Bowls.

Giulio Caravatta

LIONS RADIO | NETWORK ANALYST

Giulio enters his 23rd season as the popular and knowledgeable analyst of BC Lions radio broadcasts. His association with Lions football dates back to 1990 when the former SFU Clansman signed with the club as a free agent. The Ontario native who enjoyed five standout years at SFU, would remain in the Lions’ den for eight seasons, dressing for 114 games as a back-up quarterback and punter including the club’s memorable 1994 Grey Cup campaign.

In 1998, Giulio retired from football to become a firefighter with the West Vancouver Fire & Rescue. He also began his broadcasting career as host of BC Lions pre-game and post-game shows on CKNW and eventually moved in the analyst’s chair in 1999 alongside the legendary J.P. McConnell.

Giulio and his wife Linda, along with their daughters Jessica and Sarah, reside in Coquitlam.
