Why do I need a promo code?
Once you have made a BC Lions ticket purchase at any participating 7-Eleven in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, you will be handed a ticket VOUCHER with a unique code on it.  This promo code is required to get your actual game tickets by redeeming it online.  Click this private Ticketmaster link and select your game and seats, and when prompted for that code, simply enter it to complete the redemption.

My ticket code doesn’t appear to be working, what should I do?
Make sure that you are entering the code showing on the bottom of the voucher consisting of 10 numbers and letters, in the box that displays ‘Promo Code’. Once you have entered the code, click the check-mark beside the box.

What should I do if I do not see a box to enter my ticket code?
If you do not see the Offer Code box, please contact the BC Lions at 604.589.ROAR (7627) or email fanservices@bclions.com for assistance.

Why do I need to scan the 7Rewards app to get my points?
7-Eleven is providing this offer exclusively to 7Rewards members.  In addition to saving $money$ on the game tickets, members will receive 2,500 BONUS 7Rewards points with each pair of tickets purchased. Points will be automatically added to your 7Rewards app and can be redeemed on food and drink.

How do I redeem my 7Rewards bonus points?
The points will be automatically uploaded to your app as long as you have an active account and you scan the 7Rewards app at the time of your transaction; you will find the coupons in your Scan and Save section of 7Rewards app.

How do I download the 7Rewards app?
Text the word LIONS to 711247 and an app will be delivered to your mobile device that you can install. Some restrictions apply. Data and message rates may apply depending on your plan.

Where are the Lions seats located?
Tickets purchased at 7-Eleven are located in the Endzone section.
