It was a jamboree of great guests at Ladner’s Speeds Pub. Defensive back Ronald Kent Jr. was on hand to talk about adjusting to the CFL and the big defensive performance in Victoria. Kicker Sean Whyte made a cameo appearance and spoke about his latest milestone and Wally Buono capped it off with a discussion on Touchdown Pacific and Nathan Rourke.

AUG 20 | WILL STANBACK

The boys are joined by Will Stanback at Tsawwassen’s Rose and Crown Pub. The running back breaks down the keys to snapping the four-game losing streak in Ottawa this weekend, life in the Den after coming over from Montreal and more on his football journey which includes an interesting story from his time with Aaron Rodgers at Green Bay training camp before he moved north to the Alouettes.

It was a big Tuesday for the Lions as quarterback Nathan Rourke officially returned home. The fellas were LIVE from BC Kitchen at Parq Vancouver where Giulio Caravatta stopped by to talk news of the day and preview a big Sunday battle with the Blue Bombers at BC Place.

Defensive back Patrice Rene joins Moj and Matt from Langley’s Rendezvous Pub. Rene helps dissect what went wrong in last week’s loss to Winnipeg and also shares his heartwarming journey that started in Haiti before his parents immigrated to Ottawa when he was a young toddler, which led him to football stardom in high school to an opportunity to suit up at North Carolina.

MOJ, Matt & Nik speak to first-year Lions receiver Stanley Berryhill III from Lougheed Village Pub. Berryhill talks about life with the Lions while recapping his first CFL touchdown and growing up in Arizona where he was one of nine siblings before achieving stardom with his home state Wildcats in PAC 12 play.

It’s a special bye week episode of BC Lions on Tap! Rob Fai and Giulio Caravatta join Nik Kowalski to talk about the Lions’ season so far. BC Lions wide receivers coach Jason Tucker joins the show to talk about the current Lions receiving corps, share some stories from his playing days, and reminisce with Giulio on their playing days for the same team in Düsseldorf Germany! And of course, we cap the show off grilling our new guests with a round of Nik’s world-famous trivia!

The boys went LIVE at Boston Pizza Stadium District, just a short punt away from BC Place, which is fitting because Stefan Flintoft joined the program. Flint speaks on his life as a punter and the excellent culture inside the Lions locker room. He also talks about off-field life which includes his time as a skiing and track coach with Special Olympics BC.

Two-time CFL All-Star Garry Peters joins the show LIVE from Boston Pizza Guildford. The defensive back talks about growing up in Georgia, his time at Clemson that included some big games and a cool exchange with Odell Beckham Jr. plus his life in Canada and overall exciting times with the Lions after first arriving in 2018.
