Antonio was signed as a free agent by the Lions in November 2025.

Highlights:

2024-25: Antonio joined the Indoor Football League Vegas Knight Hawks and helped the squad to a league championship in his second season after recording 765 yards and 26 rushing touchdowns on 173 carries. Added 45 receptions for 396 yards and six majors. Antono was named First Team All-IFL and IFL Special Teams Player of the Year after registering 44 kick returns for 854 yards and five touchdowns.

2022-23: Began his Indoor Football League career with the Iowa Barnstormers and was named to the IFL All-Rookie team in 2022.

College:

2015-19: Antonio suited up in 48 games with the Carson-Newman Eagles, rushing for 4,003 yards and 41 touchdowns on 572 carries and recording 37 receptions for 527 yards and two majors. He became only the sixth player in school history to record multiple seasons of over 1,000 rushing yards.
