Anu AKA George Una was selected in round one (6^th overall) of the 2024 CFL Draft

Highlights:

2025: Anu enjoyed an increased role in year two, starting ten of his 15 regular season appearances at right guard before two more starts in the Grey Cup Playoffs. The first-round draft choice was part of an offensive line that helped Nathan Rourke eclipse 5,000 yards passing and James Butler surpass the 1,000-yard rushing mark.

2024:  Anu made the active roster after a solid training camp outing in Kamloops. He would dress in two regular season games with the Lions in his rookie campaign.

College:

2019-23: Anu found his home at Windsor in 2019, appearing in seven games in his freshman year. Following the COVID-2020 season and eligibility complications in 2021, he became a mainstay in the Lancers’ offensive line throughout the 22’ and 23’ seasons starting every game in those two years. Anu helped bolster Windsor to a fourth-ranked rushing attack in the nation in his final season of 2023. He caught a touchdown pass on October 21, 2023, against the York University Lions.
