Ayden was signed as a free agent by the Lions in January 2023 before signing an extension with the club following the season.
Highlights:
2024: Ayden earned a spot on the active roster for the duration of his second season and would haul in 41 receptions on 58 targets for 639 yards and a pair of touchdowns. His first professional major came in Victoria on August 31 as the Lions took down Ottawa in Touchdown Pacific. He then recorded three catches for 53 yards in the Western Semi-Final at Saskatchewan.
2023: After a strong showing in training camp, Eberhardt earned a practice roster spot before suiting up in a pair of regular season contests. The speedster finished with five receptions for 69 yards, his longest reception going for 25 yards.
College:
2016-21: After redshirting in 2016, Ayden appeared in 42 games over five seasons at the University of Wyoming. and would record 50 receptions for 764 yards. Ayden was also named to the All-Mountain West Athletic team in his senior season with the Cowboys. He was a teammate of quarterback Josh Allen for his first two college seasons.
