Bailey was signed as a free agent by the Lions in March 2025.

Highlights:

2023-24: Re-signed with the Pittsburgh Maulers before the team folded due to the USFL’s merger with the XFL.  Bailey was later claimed by the Houston Roughnecks.

2022: Ended his retirement and was selected by the Pittsburgh Maulers in the USFL Draft. Recorded 35 receptions for 370 yards and a touchdown while adding 39 yards and one major on the ground. Signed with the Baltimore Ravens on July 27 and was waived on August 22. Claimed by the New York Giants that same week before a second stint with Baltimore on their practice squad that October.

2021: Bailey signed with the Green Bay Packers as a non-drafted free agent before announcing his retirement on August 4 during training camp.

College:

2015-20: After sitting out his first season as a redshirt, Bailey suited up in 44 games with the San Jose State Spartans and recorded 2,227 yards and 18 touchdowns on 135 total receptions. Bailey earned First-team All-Mountain West as a senior and honourable mention All-Mountain West as a junior.
