Chris signed as a free agent with the Lions on February 13, 2018.
2018: Chris was a valuable contributor in his first season with the Leos in 2018. The veteran interior lineman appeared in all 18 regular season games, making four starts at right guard. Chris also saw some time at centre for the Leos. He served as a depth lineman for the East Semi-Final against the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.
2017: Chris signed with the Montreal Alouettes prior to the start of the 2017 season. He appeared in nine games for the Als, making six starts for the club.
2016: Greaves played 14 games for the Edmonton Eskimos, making three starts and seeing time both at left and right guard. Greaves played in both the Eastern Semi-Final and Final.
2015: Chris made eight starts for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers before being dealt to the Eskimos mid way through the season. He appeared in seven games with the Eskimos. He primarily played at right guard during the regular season, but started at left guard in the West Final against Calgary and in the 103rd Grey Cup against Ottawa.
2010-2014: Chris was drafted by Winnipeg in the sixth round (45th overall) of the 2010 CFL Draft and was a consistent presence on the interior of the Bombers’ line. He appeared in 74 contests with the club and making 56 starts between 2010 and 2014.
2006-2009: Chris played for the Western Mustangs in the CIS as a defensive lineman. He was named a second team OUA All-Star in his senior year after finishing the season with 17 tackles and 1.5 sacks.
A Criminology major at the University of Western Ontario, Chris lists winning the 2015 Grey Cup as a member of the Edmonton Eskimos as his proudest achievement on the field. He cites his wife, Elizabeth, as his biggest supporter and enjoys spending his free time with her and their children. Chris loves watching the NBA, particularly his hometown team, the Toronto Raptors.
