Donovan was signed as a free agent by the Lions in November 2025.

Highlights:

2025: Donovan signed with the Seattle Seahawks as a non-drafted free agent and attended both the rookie mini-camp and the main training camp with the team.

College:

2024: Transferred to North Carolina State for his senior season and recorded 74 total tackles (40 solo, 34 assisted), one interception, one sack, one forced fumble, two fumble recoveries and five pass breakups. He added 469 yards on 15 kickoff returns (31.3-yard average) in 12 games with the Wolfpack.

2021-23: Moved to Auburn for three seasons and suited up in 32 games with 107 total tackles (72 solo, 35 assisted), six fumble recoveries, two interceptions, two sacks and four pass breakups.

2020: Donovan began his college career at Vanderbilt, suiting up in two games with 15 total tackles (eight solo, seven assisted).
