Frednick was selected in the sixth round (50th overall) by the Lions in the 2022 CFL Draft.

Highlights:

2021-2022: Frednick switched from wide receiver to a defensive line in 2021 and made an immediate impact on the defensive front, recording 6.5 total tackles and 2.5 sacks on the year.

2017-2018: Frednick suited up for seven contests for the Gee-Gees at wide receiver.

2016: Joined the University of Ottawa Gee-Gees.

Personal:

Frednick was born in Haiti, grew up in Gatineau, Quebec. He started playing football at the age of 15. He played as a receiver throughout high school at École secondaire Mont-Bleu and Cégep de l’Outaouais. While playing at the University of Ottawa, Frednick studied accounting.
