Greg was signed by the Lions as a free agent on October 15, 2016.
2014-2016: Greg was signed by the San Diego Chargers as an undrafted free agent in May 2014. He was waived as part of the club’s final roster cut-down that year but was added to the team’s practice roster.
In October that year he was signed by the Washington Redskins and immediately activated to the active roster for a game against the San Francisco 49’ers where he responded with his first career interception off of quarterback Colin Kaepernick. After a total of five regular season appearances with the ‘Skins, Greg was released by Washington in December 2014.
He rejoined the Chargers practice roster shortly after his release in Washington and eventually went on to appear in four regular season games in 2015. He attended training camp with the club again in 2016 and was waived in late August.
2010-2013: Beginning with a 13-game debut as a true Freshman in 2010, Greg appeared in 51 career games over four years at Washington recording 79 solo tackles and four interceptions. An accomplished athlete, he was also a member of the school’s track team as a sprinter.
