Isiah was signed as a free agent by the Lions on February 2, 2026.

Highlights:

2021-24: After missing all of 2021 and all but two games in the 2022 season due to injury, Isiah re-emerged as the Argonauts’ starting left tackle and made 24 starts over the next two seasons. The 2023 season saw Isiah help lead the Boatmen to a 16-2 regular season record, while he won Grey Cup rings in 2022 and 2024, missing both championship games due to injury.

2018-19: Isiah originally signed with the Toronto Argonauts in May 2018 and made 11 starts at left tackle over this first two CFL seasons.

2016-17: Signed with the Indianapolis Colts in May 2016 and spent the majority of his first season on injured reserve. The Colts waived him in May 2017.

College:

2013-15: Isiah transferred to Wisconsin-Eau Claire and played in 27 games with 24 starts over three seasons at left tackle with the Bluegolds. He earned All-Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference honours in three straight years.

2011-12: Began his college career at Concordia in St. Paul, Minnesota.
