Jett was selected by the Lions in round two (15th overall) of the 2026 CFL Canadian Draft.

College:

2025:  Moved to Rutgers for his senior year and started all 12 games at safety and was voted honourable mention All-Big Ten by the coaches. He was selected as a finalist for the Cornish Trophy given to the top Canadian in the NCAA for the third straight year and led the team with 80 tackles.

2023-24: Jett suited up at UNLV for 27 games, making 141 total tackles (90 solo, 51 assisted), 7.5 tackles for loss, 13 pass knockdowns, two fumble recoveries, one sack and an interception. In 2024, he was named Third Team All-Mountain West by Phil Steele .

2022: Transferred to Garden City Community College and suited up in ten games with 31 tackles and six pass breakups.

2019-21: Jett began his college career with the Ohio Bobcats, registering 46 total tackles (32 solo, 14 assisted), two interceptions and five pass knockdowns in 14 games.
