Joe was signed as a free agent by the Lions in November 2025.

Highlights:

2024-25: Joe suited up for the Bay Area Panthers and was named Indoor Football League Defensive Player of the Year in 2025 after recording 54 total tackles (37 solo, 17 assisted), seven interceptions and one defensive touchdown. He was also named First Team All-IFL for his solid campaign.

2023: Attended mini-camps with the Buffalo Bills and Kansas City Chiefs.

College:

2022: Joe moved to his home state and LSU for his senior year, suiting up in ten games at safety and recording 40 total tackles (25 solo, 15 assisted), four pass breakups and a forced fumble.

2019-21: Began his college career at Arkansas, suiting up in 44 games for the Razorbacks and registering 40 total tackles (25 solo, 15 assisted), 12 tackles for a loss, 2.5 sacks, one interception and four pass breakups. Joe was named Co-SEC Defensive Player of the Week after a 2020 game against Mississippi State. He wrapped up his Arkansas tenure by helping the Razorbacks defeat Penn State in the Outback Bowl.
