College:

2019-2021: Moved to Western Oregon University where he suited up in 14 contests over two seasons while hauling in 27 catches for 411 yards and a touchdown.

2017: Justice played at Riverdale College. He hauled in 20 catches for 308 yards and scored three touchdowns.

2015: Justice enrolled at the University of Wyoming, where he suited up for 11 games for the Cowboys. As a receiver, he registered one reception for 17 yards and rushed for one touchdown.

2014: Justice committed to the University of Utah Utes. Before college, the Vancouver, Washington native was a three-star recruit by ESPN.com and a student-athlete at Evergreen High School.
