Micah was signed as a free agent by the Lions on February 11, 2020.
2019: Signed as a free agent with the Saskatchewan Roughriders and registered 26 defensive tackles and four sacks in 15 regular season games while helping the Riders finish on top of the Western Division.
2018: Enjoyed his best professional season to date, racking up a career-best and CFL-leading 14 sacks to go along with 28 defensive tackles, three forced fumbles and an interception. Named a CFL and West Division All-Star for the third consecutive season and won his second Grey Cup ring when the Stampeders took down Ottawa.
2017: Suited up in all 18 regular season games for the first time in his career and would record 34 defensive tackles and nine sacks. Selected as a CFL and West Division All-Star for the second straight season.
2016: Registered 36 defensive tackles and seven sacks in 17 regular season games on route to being selected as a CFL and West Division All-Star for the first time in his career.
2015: Recorded 30 defensive tackles and six sacks in 11 regular season games. Suited up ion the first playoff action of his career and had three defensive tackles in the Western Semi-Final win over the Lions and a pair of defensive stops in Calgary’s loss at Edmonton in the Division Final
2014: Another knee injury limited Micah to just six regular season games where he had 15 defensive tackles and three sacks.
2013: Debuted with the Calgary Stampeders on June 13th against none other than the BC Lions. Suited up in 12 regular season games while recording 15 defensive tackles, two sacks and an interception. Suffered a torn ACL in the final regular season game against the Lions at BC Place and was not available for the playoffs.
2011: Following his release from Kansas City, Micah signed with the Cincinnati Bengals in December and was placed on their practice squad.
2010: Signed with the New York Giants as a non-drafted free agent and was waived in June. He then signed with the Miami Dolphins and attended training camp with the club before being waived in September. Signed with the Kansas City Chiefs on December 8th
2006-2009: Micah played four seasons at Kentucky and registered 285 defensive tackles, 23.5 tackles for a loss, three-and-a-half sacks and two interceptions. Originally recruited as a running back, Micah scored a rushing touchdown in Kentucky’s 2006 Music City Bowl win and was voted to the SEC All-Freshman Team.
