Highlights:
2024: After recovering from off-season knee surgery, Nathan suited up in one regular season contest this past season which came on August 2 at Winnipeg.
2023: Nathan dressed in the club’s first ten games before a knee injury in a loss at Saskatchewan on August 20 ended his season. He would record seven defensive tackles, one sack and a forced fumble.
2022: Nathan played a decent role in his rookie season with seven defensive tackles and one sack in 17 regular season games. The defensive tackle also got his hand on a Rene Paredes field goal attempt to force overtime in a big victory at Calgary on September 17. Cherry also suited up in both playoff contests.
College:
2016-21: Nathan was a standout with the University of Saskatchewan Huskies, appearing in 41 games with 46 total tackles (28 solo, 18 assisted), ten sacks and one fumble recovery. A 2021 First-Team All-Canadian, he helped the Huskies reach the Vanier Cup against Western in his final season along with additional Hardy Cup wins in 2018 and 2019.
