Tyran was signed as a free agent by the Lions in March 2025.

Highlights:

2025: After dressing in both pre-season games, Tyran spent the remainder of the 2025 season on the team’s practice roster.

2024: Tyran signed with the Indoor Football League Frisco Fighters and was named to the IFL’s All-Rookie team after the Fighters led the league in rushing yards.

2023: Suited up with the United Football League Memphis Showboats.

College:

2021-22: Transferred to Old Dominion and suited up in 23 games over two seasons with 22 starts at left guard. The 2021 campaign saw Hunt and the offensive line help running back Blake Watson become the second player in school history to rush for over 1,000 yards in a season. ODU rushed for 158.3 yards per game that year, which was good for fifth in Conference USA.

2017-19: After redshirting in his first year, Tyler appeared in eight games at Maryland as a reserve lineman.
