Victor was signed as a free agent by the Lions in March 2025.

Highlights:

2023-24: Signed with the Arlington Renegades of XFL to begin 2023 and was released from his contract in August to sign with the Houston Texans. He later returned to the Birmingham Stallions to close out 2023 and was released in March 2024.

2022: Victor was selected in round 13 by the Birmingham Stallions in the 2022 USFL Draft. Along with earning All-USFL honours that year, he was named MVP of the league championship game as the Stallions defeated Philadelphia for the title. He then had a training camp and practice squad stint with the Arizona Cardinals to begin the 2022 NFL season before joining the Denver Broncos practice squad in November.

2019-21: After his release from Buffalo in August 2019, Victor signed with the Detroit Lions practice squad in December and signed a couple of reserve/futures deals with the team before being released in August 2021.

2017-19: Victor signed with the San Francisco 49ers as a non-drafted free agent and made the active roster in week two at Seattle, returning three kickoffs for 71 yards in his pro debut. He appeared in 13 games over two seasons with the 49ers and racked up 396 yards on 19 kickoff returns and 23 yards on four punt returns. He was then signed off the Niners’ practice squad by Buffalo on October 30, 2018.

College:

2013-16: Appeared in 48 games with 36 starts at Oregon State while recording 170 receptions for 1,863 yards and seven touchdowns. The versatile playmaker also rushed for 727 yards and three touchdowns on 95 total carries and returned 108 kickoffs for 2,420 yards and three majors plus 19 punts for 186 yards and one touchdown.
