Practice Schedule

The BC Lions return to practice at our Surrey training facility this week before opening the season on Saturday, June 13 at Saskatchewan. Note the practice times and period for filming video below.

Notes:

Camera operators are asked to pay attention to the specific filming period times listed on each day.
Any requests to film outside of the designated time must first be cleared with Lions communications staff.
As per the CFL’s media policy, quarterbacks will not be available on Wednesday of this week.

Monday, June 8

Practice: 10:30 -11:55 AM.
Filming period: 10:55-11:15 am.
Media availability: following practice.

Tuesday, June 9

Practice: 11:20 am-1:30 pm.
Filming period: 11:50 am-12:20 pm.
Media availability: following practice.

Wednesday, June 10

Practice: 11:20 am-1:25 pm.
Filming period: 11:45 am-12:15 pm.
Media availability: following practice. *Quarterbacks not available.

Thursday, June 11

Practice: 11:20 am-1:00 pm.
Filming period: 11:50 am-12:20 pm.
Media availability: following practice. *Select players may not be available until meetings end at approx. 1:30 pm.

Friday, June 12

Travel to Regina.
Media availability: approx. 4:00 pm local time, location TBD.

Saturday, June 13

BC Lions at Saskatchewan Roughriders.
4:00 pm PT, Mosaic Stadium.
TV: Canada: TSN, USA: CBS Sports Network.
Stream: CFL+ (International).
Radio: 730CKNW, Sher-E-Punjab Radio AM 600 and Lions Audio Network.
Media availability: Buck Pierce and select players post-game outside the visiting locker room.
