Rob Ralph | Assistant General Manager
2025 marks Rob’s seventh year with the BC Lions and first as assistant general manager after serving the previous four years as the top Canadian scout in charge of evaluating talent for the CFL Draft.
Prior to joining the Lions in 2019 as a regional scout, Rob spent 20 seasons with Edmonton where he began as video coordinator and was promoted to offensive assistant under head coach Danny Macocia for the 2008 season.
With a keen eye for talent, Rob joined Edmonton’s Canadian scouting department in 2012 and was promoted to director of Canadian scouting in 2016, a role he held for three seasons.
Rob graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 1998. He is also a graduate of the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) Radio and Television program.
He and has two sons, Charlie and Andrew. The family resides in London, Ontario.
