2025 SEASON TICKET HOLDER AGREEMENT
Below, you will find your BC Lions Football Season Ticket Holder terms and conditions (this “Agreement”). By purchasing a Season Ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Your breach of any of the terms and conditions in this Agreement will automatically terminate the grant of license and benefits evidenced as a Season Ticket Holder. Please note that by entering into this Agreement, you will automatically renew each year until you opt-out of such auto-renewal. As such, please read the below carefully and if you have any questions, contact your Service Retention Team at 604.589.7627. Notwithstanding the forgoing, if you are Relocated Ticketholder, your Season Tickets may be subject to certain limitations/changes and will not automatically renew for the 2025 season. Relocated Ticketholders must “opt-in” to renew their 2025 season tickets in accordance with this Agreement.
A. DEFINITIONS
In this Agreement, “BC Lions Football” means the BC LIONS FOOTBALL LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, being the entity that operates the Canadian Football League team, BC Lions. “Season Ticket Holder” means an individual or entity in possession of a Season Ticket.
B. SEASON TICKET HOLDER BENEFITS
Season Ticket Holders includes the following benefits for each Season:
Description
BC Lions Football Tickets (Regular Season home games held at BC Place Stadium). Season Tickets includes a ticket for all ten (10) BC Lions Football regular season games held at BC Place Stadium. For certainty, Season Tickets that are purchased after the start of a Season will exclude tickets for any game(s) that have been played prior to the date of purchase.
Tickets for Regular Season Games are for those seats selected by the Season Ticket Holder for their Season Ticket or, in the case of Relocated Ticketholders, as otherwise assigned by BC Lions Football to such Relocated Ticketholders in accordance with this Agreement (the “Selected Seats”).
Description
BC Lions Football (Non-Regular Season home games held at BC Place Stadium). Season Tickets automatically guarantees the option to purchase a ticket for:
All CFL playoff home games at BC Place Stadium controlled by BC Lions Football prior to tickets for the Canadian Football League playoffs, as applicable, being made available for general sale.
To take advantage of the offer for the Canadian Football League Playoff games, Season Ticket Holders must proactively opt-in based on instructions received from or on behalf of BC Lions Football.
Description
BC Lions Football Tickets (Regular Season home games not held at BC Place Stadium). Any Regular season home games originally scheduled to be played at BC Place Stadium that are moved to a different venue or location; Season Ticket Holders will be provided a comparable ticket in the alternate venue; or will be provided a credit equal to the value of the original Season Ticket placed upon the Season Ticket Holders account. For certainty, Season Tickets that are purchased after the announcement of the change of venue, may exclude tickets for that game(s).

Additional Features and Benefits. Season Ticket Holders will also enjoy the benefits found HERE together with the Playoffs Option and Exclusive Season Ticket Holder Benefits, the “Season Ticket Holder Benefits”). All Season Ticket Holder Benefits are subject to availability.
Season Ticket Renewal.
a. Automatic Season Ticket Holder Renewal. With the purchase of a Season Ticket for any BC Lions Football Season Ticket Holders (excluding Relocated Ticketholders for the 2025 Season) enter into an automatic renewal season ticketholder program. Through this program, Season Ticket Holders (excluding Relocated Ticketholders for the 2025 Season) will have their Season Tickets automatically renewed for the then-upcoming Season each October 18 of the then-current Season, until such time as they choose to opt-out of their Season Tickets. Season Ticket Holders may opt-out of their Season Tickets for the then-upcoming Season at any time before October 18 of the then-current Season by completing the webform found on HERE. Any such Season Ticket Holder will retain Season Ticket Holder status for the remainder of the then-current Season, and any outstanding or future Season Ticket Holder payments relating to the then-current Season must still be paid by the Season Ticket Holder. Opt-out procedures for the then-current Season are dealt with below. For certainty, Relocated Ticketholders will be excluded from automatic renewal for the 2025 Season and will be required to “opt-in” to purchase Replacement Seats for the 2025 Season in accordance below. If a Relocated Ticketholder opts-in to purchase Replacement Seats for the 2025 Season, such seats shall be deemed the Relocated Ticketholder’s Selected Seats for the 2026 Season and they will be subject to automatic renewal in accordance with this Section for the 2026 Season onwards unless the Season Ticket Holder opts-out.
BC Lions Football LP will communicate with Season Ticket Holders at least 14 days prior to the automatic renewal date of October 18 each year and will highlight any changes to the price of the Season Ticket Holders or material changes to the Season Ticket Holder benefits for the then-upcoming Season. If Season Ticket Holders wish to select a different payment plan for the then-upcoming Season, they may do so by informing the BC Lions Football Service Retention department prior to October 18 of the then-current Season, provided that no change in a payment plan will be effective until confirmed in writing by BC Lions Football.
Opt-In Season Ticket Holders Renewal for Relocated Ticketholders. Due to possible reconfigurations, Season Ticket Holders with seats in certain sections may need to be relocated to different seats during the 2025 Season (each, a “Relocated Ticketholder”). In the event a Relocated Ticketholder’s Selected Seats from the 2024 season are unavailable, BC Lions Football will provide options for replacement Seats to such Relocated Ticketholder (the “Replacement Seats”). BC Lions Football makes no guarantee that the Replacement Seats will be equivalent in value or quality to a Relocated Ticketholder’s originally Selected Seats. Relocated Ticketholders will be contacted regarding their Replacement Seats for the 2025 season at least 14 days prior to the October 18, 2024 (the “Opt-in Deadline”) and will be required to confirm prior to the Opt-in Deadline that they wish to renew their Season Tickets with the Replacement Seats and agree to the Payment Authorization terms set-out below, provided that no such renewal shall be effective until confirmed in writing by BC Lions Football. If a Relocated Ticketholder fails to opt-in before the requisite deadline, their Season Ticket will be cancelled at the end of the then-current 2024 Season. If a Relocated Ticketholder opts-in to purchase Replacement Seats for the 2025 Season, such seats shall be deemed the Relocated Ticketholder’s Selected Seats for the 2026 Season and they will be subject to automatic renewal in accordance for the 2026 Season onwards unless the Season Ticket Holder opts-out.
Payment Authorization.
a. Billing. The Season Ticket Holder understands that by clicking “Agree” and purchasing a Season Ticket (or “opting-in” as a Relocated Ticketholder) , the Season Ticket Holder expressly authorizes BC Lions Football to bill the Season Ticket Holder for Season Tickets dues in accordance with the payment terms that the Season Ticket Holder selects. For all Season Ticket Holders payments, this billing authorization shall remain in effect for so long as the Season Ticket Holders remains in effect (which includes any auto-renewal). The Season Ticket Holder hereby represents and warrants that the Season Ticket Holder has the authority to approve charges in accordance with the listed billing information for the purpose of paying the Season Ticket Holder’s Season Ticket Holder dues. For greater certainty, if the Season Ticket Holder is paying by Credit Card or Interac, the Season Ticket Holder acknowledges that the foregoing billing authorization includes the Season Ticket Holder’s express authorization for BC Lions Football, or its assignee, or their respective agents, to debit the amount of each payment from the Season Ticket Holder’s bank account.
b. Payment Date. If a Season Ticket Holder is paying for their Season Tickets by Credit Card or Interac, the Season Ticket Holder acknowledges that, with respect to all payments following the Season Ticket Holder’s initial Season Ticket payment, BC Lions Football, or its assignee, or their respective agents, will initiate Credit Card or Interac debits on or about the 15th or 30 th day of the applicable month (or on or around the 28th of February), but the actual debit date will depend on the Season Ticket Holder’s financial institution. If a Season Ticket Holder is paying for their Season Tickets by cash or cheque, the Season Ticket Holder acknowledges that, with respect to all payments following the Season Ticket Holder’s initial Season Ticket payment, it is solely the Season Ticket Holder’s responsibility to ensure that each and every payment is made by the applicable due date. The Season Ticket Holder further acknowledges that, under all Season Ticket Holders, all payments are due on the dates specified regardless of Regular Season Game, Playoff Game and Other Competition Game cancellations or rescheduling.
c. Correct Payment Information. The Season Ticket Holder understands that it is solely the Season Ticket Holder’s responsibility to ensure the Season Ticket Holder’s payment information is current and to notify BC Lions Football of any deficiencies such that they may be remedied, and that the Season Ticket Holder’s failure to do so within a commercially reasonable time frame will result in a loss of Season Ticket Holders privileges and may result in a revocation of Season Tickets. BC Lions reserves the right to charge a processing fee of CAD$25.00 in the event a scheduled payment is missed or refused for any reason.
d. Billing Errors. The Season Ticket Holder understands and agrees that BC Lions Football is not liable in any way for erroneous billing statements or incorrect charges, and that in the event of such a billing error, BC Lions Football only responsibility is to correct it if and when BC Lions Football receives notice of the error.
e. Procedure if Payment Deadline Missed. If a Season Ticket Holder is paying by Credit Card or Interac, and the Credit Card or Interac is declined for any given payment for any reason, BC Lions Football will re-run the Credit Card or Interac 24 hours after the payment is initially declined (or on the next business day after the payment is initially declined, whichever is later), and again 48 hours after the payment was initially declined (or on the second business day after the payment is initially declined, whichever is later). If at any time a deadline for payment has passed and payment has not yet been made, irrespective of the Season Ticket Holder’s selected payment method and payment plan, BC Lions Football will attempt to notify the Season Ticket Holder by contacting the Season Ticket Holder at the phone number and/or email address provided by the Season Ticket Holder. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if payment has not been made by a specified deadline, irrespective of the Season Ticket Holder’s selected payment method and payment plan, the barcode for the Season Ticket Holder’s tickets and all other Season Ticket Holder benefits shall be suspended until the Season Ticket Holder’s account is brought up to date.
For the avoidance of doubt, individuals or entities who select and purchase a Season Ticket expressly authorize the initial and continued payment in accordance with their selected payment plan for the then-current Season and for each subsequent Season, until such time as they choose to opt-out of their Season Tickets as provided herein.
Season Ticket Cancellation.
Following the provided Opt-Out 14 day window by BC Lions Football, Season Ticket Holders may cancel their Season Tickets for a Season at any time for any reason by providing BC Lions Football with at least 30 days’ notice by completing the webform found on HERE
a. Cancelling.
(Within 30 days following the cancellation of your Season Ticket, you will no longer be charged for any future payments relating to your Season Tickets. However, your cancellation will only be effective 30 days from the date that you give us notice, and you will not receive any refunds for any installment payments made prior to the cancellation becoming effective. You will have access to all Season Ticket Holder benefits until the effective cancellation date, at which time all Season Ticket Holder benefits will be suspended.)
b. Opt-Out
(This will opt you out of the automatic Season Ticket Holder renewal process for the following season. However, you will retain Season Ticket Holder status for the remainder of the current season and any outstanding or future Season Ticket Holder payments relating to the current season must be paid. Your seats will be released for sale for the following season and will not be held on reserve at a Season Ticket Holder price.)
