Chris enters his seventh season as the Lions’ strength and conditioning trainer.
For the past 17 years, Chris has run a successful personal training business, customizing individual strength and conditioning programs for private clients, members of the RCMP, Canadian Forces, BC firefighters, and the Canadian Muay Thai Association. He also designs contest preparation training and nutrition programs for professional and amateur body builders, fitness, and figure athletes.
Chris has worked with football players at all levels including junior bantam, high school, junior, CIS, and the CFL. Chris was also the personal strength and conditioning trainer for Lions slotback Geroy Simon during the 2006 season. Chris plays a key role in helping every athlete reach and exceed not only their expectations but also their potential.
