BC Lions Strength & Conditioning trainer: 2007 -2019

For the past 11 seasons, Chris has been the BC Lions’ Strength & Conditioning trainer. He also runs a successful personal training business, customizing individual strength and conditioning programs for private clients, members of the RCMP, Canadian Forces, BC firefighters, and the Canadian Muay Thai Association.  He also designs contest preparation training and nutrition programs for professional and amateur body builders, fitness, and figure athletes.

Chris has worked with football players at all levels including junior bantam, high school, junior, CIS, and the CFL. Chris plays a key role in helping every athlete reach and exceed not only their expectations but also their potential.
