Shaquille Murray-Lawrence has been selected by the BC Lions, ____ overall in the CFL Draft.
Murray-Lawrence led the Rebels last season in rushing yards (552) and touchdowns (9), and was the team’s second deadliest offensive weapon, averaging 81.1 yards per game.
He led all running backs in the 40-yard-dash at the CFL Combine with a time of 4.41 seconds.
The Scarborough, ON native played junior college football in Texas for one season before transferring to University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
