Serving you with PRIDE! We’re here for all your customer service and/or ticketing needs. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns please reach out to us at 604.589.ROAR(7627) or fanservices@bclions.com. Our regular office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. We are also available on game days at BC Place at Gate H – Team Ticket Services two hours before kick-off or at our Guest Services locations in the concourse at Section 234.

Make your contribution to providing an outstanding game experience!
The BC Lions and stadium staff know that our fans come to games for a memorable, fun and safe experience. We encourage fans to be the ambassadors of their experience by alerting us to fans that are disrupting it by engaging in: foul or abusive language or gestures; foul or abusive messages on signs or clothing; drug or alcohol impairment; smoking; sitting in locations other than their ticketed seat; throwing objects; trespassing on the field or in restricted areas; or fighting, taunting, or making threatening remarks or gestures.
