The BC Lions Football Club today announced that national offensive lineman Peter Godber has agreed to terms on a contract. Godber was the Leos’ first selection (3rd overall) in the 2018 CFL Draft held two weeks ago.
The Godber announcement means all seven BC Lions 2018 CFL Draft selections will be under contract for the beginning of training camp which begins Sunday, May 20 in Kamloops, BC presented by Sun Peaks Resort.
The Lions also announced that international offensive lineman Jeremy Lewis has informed the club of his intention to retire. Lewis had been signed as a free agent in February.
