BC Lions Defensive Back Emmanuel Rugamba talks about what Black History Month means to him. From being born in Rwanda as the youngest of 11 siblings, to moving to North America and growing up in the Chicagoland area, Rugamba talks about the importance of honouring his black history and those who helped him get to where he is now.
