Coordinator, Ticket Operations and CRM

 

 

BC Lions Football is seeking a self-motivated and team-oriented person for the position of Coordinator, Ticket Operations and CRM.  This team member will support Manager of Ticket Operations and Analytics in the area of Salesforce administration, general database maintenance and Archtics ticket operations. This individual will also be responsible for growing the organization’s use of CRM and data analytics to drive sales, retention, insights, and efficiencies across departments.

 

 

Salesforce CRM Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assign and help maintain Salesforce prospect lists with Opportunity assignments
  • Work within lead scoring tool to identify strong sales prospects
  • Create and maintain Salesforce dashboards for analysis of sales campaigns from initial lead assignment through final recap reports
  • Identify cross-channel trends and engagement behavior.
  • Assist with database and ticket sales analysis to aid management team
  • Assist in creating and maintain rep-level Salesforce email templates
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce Products and Pricebooks
  • Assist with e-mail subscription programs, client services data management, various research projects
  • Maintain data hygiene standards through merging records and bulking importing data sets
  • Pursue new data collection programs via surveys, in-game activities, and other methods
  • Maintain data hygiene standards through merging records and bulking importing data sets
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with email and direct marketing regulations including CAN-SPAM, Do Not Call legislation, and other constraints affecting direct marketing activities
  • Ensure constant advancement and development of CRM through regular learning

 

Archtics Ticket Operations duties to include, but not limited:

  • Assist in Archtics and Ticketmaster (e.g. set up of season ticket plans, partial plans, single game events and promotional events and vouchers).
  • Assist in maintaining Archtics ticketing database & list management in conjunction with CRM
  • Assist is the set up price codes, discount qualifiers and fees as necessary throughout the season to support various sales and marketing initiatives
  • Assist with relocation efforts for new sales of full season and partial plans
  • Helps to control and maintain inventory for single and season events
  • Assist in renewal and playoff invoices

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience with Ticketmaster Archtics software (or a related ticketing/CRM system) is preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Strong knowledge of email, web and database technologies
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including pivot table generation) is required; some knowledge of SQL programming is preferred
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong sense of organization
  • Ability to successfully balance multiple projects and multitask
  • Must be a flexible and reliable team player
  • Must be a self-starter who is able to work independently
  • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and show professionalism and discretion with sensitive materials and data
  • Experience with data visualization tools an asset
