Forrest was signed by the Lions as a free agent in January 2024.

Highlights:

2022-23: Forrest landed with the Indianapolis Colts as a non-drafted free agent in May 2022 and would be activated for a week 12 game against Pittsburgh that season. Following his release from the Colts in May 2023, he attended training camp with the Steelers before being waived at the end of August.

College:

2017-21: Forrest attended Villanova University where he suited up in 45 games over five seasons while recording 179 total tackles (130, 49 assisted), 25.5 tackles for a loss, 13 sacks, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery. He also earned First-Team All-CAA honours in 2019, 2020 and 2021 and was the CAA Defensive Player of the Year in 2021.
