Jeff signed with the Lions as a free agent in December 2023.

Highlights:

2020-23: Jeff signed with the Los Angeles Chargers as a non-drafted free agent in April 2020 and would spend that season on the practice squad. He then signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars in July 2021 and made his regular season debut in a week 17 game that season against New England. Spent portions of the 2022 season on both the Arizona Cardinals’ and Green Bay Packers’ practice squads.

College:

2017-19: transferred to the University of Idaho and redshirted in 2017 before suiting up in 20 games and recording 132 receptions for 1,732 yards and 13 touchdowns a and adding 16 kick returns for 318 yards across 2o games.

2015-16: Jeff appeared in 19 games at Pima Community College and hauled in 62 receptions for 1,163 and seven touchdowns.
