It’s your new favourite Thanksgiving tradition, The Gravy Bowl. Start the long weekend off right, bring your friends, and cheer on your BC Lions as they face off against their Western Rivals, the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. With the top spot and playoff home-field advantage at stake, it’s one you won’t want to miss.
With a special turkey carving on Terry Fox Plaza, and a pre-game and halftime performance from the Washington Huskies 300 member marching band, it will be an exciting day at BC Place. Kids tickets start at just $10, and accompanying adults can join in the fun for just $25!

The Washington Huskies 300-member marching band will be storming the field pre-game and at halftime, for 2 electrifying performances you won’t want to miss. This iconic musical ensemble will fill the stadium and get the crowd ready to cheer on the home team.
Join us for Thanksgiving at Terry Fox Plaza, where we will have activities for the whole family including a pumpkin pie eating contest at 6:00 PM. This week, the Famous Players band returns, plus our beer garden will be expanded with drinks available for just $5, and an array of Thanksgiving themed eats, including turkey with gravy served by BC Lions President Duane Vienneau and Bombers President Wade Miller.
We will also be broadcasting the Edmonton Elks & Toronto Argonauts game on the plaza. The BC Lions Backyard kicks off at 4:00 PM and will be running until 6:45 PM. We can’t wait to see you there!
Tickets are now available for our October 6th Gravy Bowl Game. Use the button below to get yours online, or in person at BC Place during the game before the end of the third quarter.
Please AVOID BRINGING BAGS to the event. BC Place now has a CLEAR BAG POLICY with the exception of clear bags and clutches that comply with the measurements shown. Any bags that do not meet these requirements must be checked for a $10 fee.
The only way to enter the stadium is through the use of a mobile ticket, paper will no longer be an option. In addition, BC Place is now a cashless environment. Please be prepared to pay via card or with your phone.
