The BC Lions kicked a total of 39 field goals in 2016, making both our fans and BC High School Football very happy. For a fourth consecutive year, BC Egg matched the total by donating the same amount of footballs to support amateur football in this province.
“BC Egg is really happy to support kids and help them reach all of their football dreams,” said Executive Director Katie Lowe. “We love to give back to the community and supporting both the BC Lions and amateur football in this province is very important.”
Slotback Manny Arceneaux was on hand to help deliver the large shipment of footballs.
Our partnership with BC Egg dates back to the 2013 season. Along with donating footballs for each successful field goal attempt, BC Egg also serves as one of our top training camp sponsors.
